We are pleased to announce that JBRplas has recently completed a significant upgrade: two new Toyo all-electric injection molding machines have been installed at our Shenzhen plant, and a brand-new cleanroom workshop is now fully operational.
The newly introduced Toyo CS-100 and CS-130 all-electric injection molding machines are manufactured by Toyo Machinery & Metal Co., Ltd. and assembled at their Changshu facility. Since its founding in 1925, Toyo has built a strong reputation in all-electric technology, and its CS series has been recognized on China's national "Energy Efficiency Star" product list.

CS-100: Clamping force of 980kN, tie-bar spacing of 460x410mm, equipped with DH300C injection unit, screw diameters 20–32mm, shot capacity 23–90cm³, max injection speed 500mm/s.
CS-130: Clamping force of 1274kN, tie-bar spacing of 510x460mm, equipped with DH300C injection unit, screw diameters 24–32mm, shot capacity 43–90cm³, max injection speed 500mm/s.
