Shenzhen, China – August 18, 2026 – JBRplas Shenzhen Factory announced today that two new TOYO all-electric injection molding machines, models CS-100-DH300C and CS-130-DH300C, arrived at its facility on August 2, 2026. The machines have now been moved into the cleanroom and are currently undergoing commissioning and calibration. The delivery marks a significant upgrade to JBRplas’ precision manufacturing capabilities. The CS‑series machines, known for their energy efficiency, high-speed response, and exceptional repeatability, are specifically designed for high-precision molding of medical, optical, and electronic components. The CS‑100‑DH300C offers a clamping force of 100 tons, while the CS‑130‑DH300C provides 130 tons, both equipped with advanced servo-driven all-electric technology that reduces cycle times and ensures consistent part quality.
“We are excited to integrate these state-of-the-art machines into our cleanroom production line,” said the Operations Manager at JBRplas Shenzhen. “Their ultra-stable performance and low contamination risk perfectly align with our commitment to delivering defect-free products for our global customers in the healthcare and automotive sectors.” The commissioning phase, expected to take approximately two weeks, includes full electrical and hydraulic system checks, mold trial runs, and process parameter optimization under strict cleanroom protocols. Once validated, the new machines will immediately enter mass production, boosting JBRplas’ monthly output by an estimated 15–20%.
JBRplas has operated in Shenzhen for over a decade, specializing in high-value-added injection molding solutions. This latest investment underscores the company’s continued dedication to Industry 4.0 and sustainable manufacturing.
