A two-day external training program on marketing management and sales organization — and what happens when our team brings it home.
At JBRplas, we believe that continuous learning is not just about gaining knowledge — it’s about turning knowledge into practical results. Our latest training session marks another meaningful step in our ongoing partnership with external professional institutions, helping strengthen capabilities across different roles and functions. Through collaboration, hands-on learning, and shared insights, we continue to invest in our people and build the skills needed to grow, improve, and deliver better results.
In mid-September, a team from JBRplas stepped out of the office and into the classroom — a two-day public training program on marketing management and sales organization, led by an experienced consultant from an external professional institution. The choice of topic was deliberate. Our account and marketing teams work where engineering meets business, and we wanted a shared language for understanding customers, structuring sales processes, and running projects more effectively.
Why do we invest in external training when we could simply learn on the job? Because outside perspectives keep us sharp. A good program does not just confirm what we already know — it brings frameworks, case studies, and habits from other industries that we can translate into our own context. That is exactly what this session delivered.
Two days of listening, discussing, and doing
The program was anything but passive. From the first session, the room ran on energy: group discussions, hands-on exercises, and team activities kept everyone engaged. We explored how customers actually buy — from identifying a need, to comparing solutions, to making a final decision — and practiced turning product features into benefits that different stakeholders genuinely care about.
One highlight was a group exercise in which each team mapped its value proposition on the wall, then presented and debated it with the instructor. Scenarios like this are the kind of learning we value most: not just theory, but applying it on the spot, with real feedback from a seasoned expert.
Turning knowledge into results
For JBRplas, training does not end when the course does. Back in the office, the learning continues: the team is now converting what we absorbed into practical tools — internal training sessions for colleagues, updated processes for handling inquiries and quotations, and clearer ways to track projects and customer relationships.
Knowledge only matters if it changes how we work — and we are making sure it does. Every framework from this program is being tested against our real projects, our real customers, and our real deadlines.
“Growth is not a destination. It is a habit — built one training, one practice, one improvement at a time.”
