2. 3D Modeling & Reverse Engineering — Reconstructing the Complete Design from a Sample
JBRplas has extensive experience in reverse engineering. Using 3D scanning or precise manual measurements, we will convert your physical sample into a digital 3D model, and optimize the design for manufacturability.

Even if the sample is worn or dimensionally off, we’ll restore it with reference to industry standards, ensuring it’s ready for accurate mold making and reliable mass production.

3. Mold Design & DFM Analysis — Ensuring Structural Feasibility & Efficient Production
Once the model is completed, JBRplas will perform a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, and determine the best molding solution based on product complexity, demolding direction, and dimensional precision.

3D mold structure files
A project timeline with technical notes

4. Mold Fabrication & Trial Molding — Fast Turnaround & Quality Assurance
Upon mold plan approval, JBRplas will begin in-house mold fabrication using high-precision CNC, EDM, and wire-cutting processes. After completion, a T0 trial molding will be performed, and sample parts will be sent for your review.

If needed, we can conduct additional optimization rounds (T1, T2) to further refine the part’s structure, appearance, and performance.

5. Injection Molding Production & Quality Control — Stable Output, On-Time Delivery
After samples are approved, we move into mass production. Our injection shop is equipped with advanced machines and experienced operators to ensure consistent quality and efficient production.
