JBRplas, a leading Shenzhen-based manufacturer specializing in precision plastic molds and injection-molded components, proudly marked the successful conclusion of a 9-day Erasmus+ Vocational Education and Training (VET) internship program for students from Turkey’s Şehit Volkan Tantürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. This hands-on exchange brought together young learners and JBRplas’ technical team, creating a bridge between Chinese manufacturing expertise and Turkey’s next generation of industrial talent.

A Full Immersion in Plastic Mold & Injection Molding Expertise

Over the course of nine intensive days, the visiting students were guided through JBRplas’ complete production workflow, from initial mold design and CNC machining to injection molding, quality inspection, and post-processing. Led by Steven Liang, Founder of JBRplas, the team shared decades of practical knowledge, answering questions, demonstrating live operations, and walking participants through every stage of bringing a plastic component from concept to finished product.
For the students, the program was far more than a factory tour: it was a rare opportunity to learn from industry veterans, operate alongside skilled technicians, and take home their own first-ever molded parts as tangible proof of their progress. On the final day, each participant received an official Certificate of Participation, recognizing their hard work, curiosity, and commitment to learning.

A Two-Way Journey of Growth and Connection

For the JBRplas team, the experience was equally meaningful. “These nine days flew by faster than I could have imagined,” said Steven Liang. “I poured everything I know about this craft into every session, because I wanted them to leave not just with technical skills, but with a real understanding of the care and precision that goes into every mold and every part we make. Seeing their excitement when they held their finished components, and watching them grow from curious observers to confident learners, made every moment worth it. This wasn’t just teaching them—it was learning alongside them, too.”
The exchange embodied the true spirit of the Erasmus+ program: fostering cross-border understanding, building cultural connections, and empowering young people to shape the future of global manufacturing. Beyond technical training, the students and JBRplas team shared stories, perspectives, and laughter, strengthening the bond between China and Turkey through a shared passion for innovation and craftsmanship.

Looking Ahead: Sustaining the Connection

As the students prepared to return to Turkey, the internship marked not an end, but a new beginning. JBRplas remains committed to supporting international education and youth exchange, and looks forward to continuing its role in connecting young talents from around the world to China’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem.
“These students carry more than just certificates and molded parts with them,” Steven added. “They carry a new perspective on manufacturing, a network of global peers, and the confidence to pursue their dreams in this industry. We can’t wait to see where they go next—and we’re proud to have played a small part in their journey.”
