JBRplas Welcomes Turkish Erasmus+ Students for International Internship & Technical Exchange in Shenzhen

During their two-week hands-on internship in Shenzhen, the students experienced the full production workflow — from mold design and CNC machining to injection molding and quality control using CMMs.

JBRplas, a leading manufacturer of precision plastic molds and injection-molded components, recently hosted a group of high school students from Turkey as part of the Erasmus+ Vocational Education and Training (VET) International Internship Program. This two-week exchange marks a key milestone in the company’s commitment to fostering cross-border youth collaboration and advancing global technical education.
About the Program & Participants
The visiting students are from Şehit Volkan Tantürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, a public institution under the Turkish Ministry of National Education, specializing in fields including Electrical/Electronic Technology, Mechanical Design, and Industrial Manufacturing. As part of the Erasmus+ mobility initiative, they are completing a hands-on internship in Shenzhen, gaining first-hand experience of China’s advanced manufacturing sector.
Immersive Workshop Experience at JBRplas
During their visit, the students were guided through JBRplas’ full production workflow, from mold design and CNC machining to injection molding and quality control. The JBRplas team led them through every stage of the process, including:
Detailed demonstrations of injection molding machines and mold assembly operations
Hands-on explanations of quality assurance using coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
Insights into the entire lifecycle of precision plastic components, from initial concept to finished product
The visit concluded with a group photo at JBRplas’ headquarters, capturing the shared spirit of curiosity and collaboration between the Chinese team and Turkish participants.
